Kasey Smith, founder of Follow Your Happy, is a healthy lifestyle enthusiast who is passionate about helping others tap into their highest potential and live their best life.

Kasey is a certified health coach, transformational coach, yoga teacher, retreat facilitator, mother, & entreprenuer. In her programs she teaches heart-centered, purpose driven leaders how to build more confidence and create their deepest desires through embodiment practices and goal-oriented action.

"Cacao has been a huge piece in my own personal health and healing journey. I was introduced to cacao in 2016 and my life has changed ever since. Cacao has changed the way I show up for myself and to the world around me. Drinking cacao makes me feel more connected to spirit, relaxed, nourished, and luxurious. It has been a simple, yet powerful way for me to show up with more intention and tap into my own internal wisdom. After years of playing in the kitchen and trying other products on the market I created these magic potions of my own that are my absolute favorite. This cacao is so much more than just a product. FYH cacao has been a key factor in being able to quit coffee. Gives me great energy, but no jitters ! I love starting my day with it and look forward to having a cup each morning. Compared to all other cacao drinks (and I’ve tried a lot), this is by far the best tasting I have come across. It’s smooth and luxurious and always makes me feel like a queen. I especially love making a latte and topping it with rose petals! In addition to the great flavor, the health benefits are amazing as well as the metaphysical qualities of it being a heart opener. It’s a full experience and I highly recommend.

I love FYH Cacao!
